Office of Building Construction and Spatial Planning
The Office of Building Construction and Spatial Planning (BSP) is the responsible point of contact for all those who wish to plan and build within the FTT. BSP sees itself as a service provider in the areas of land use and traffic planning, civil aviation, building law, fire protection and housing promotion.
In the course of fulfilling its tasks, BSP is faced with the conflicting interests of public, economic and private interests, as well as interests concerning settlement development and landscape protection and preservation of recreational areas. BSP is organized into the following departments and staff units:
- Department of Infrastructure
- Department of Transportation and Maritime Traffic
- Office of Legal Personnel
