– The form, in editable PDF format, consists of 2 pages. The first page concerns the motivations through which the citizens join the petition (Please note that this section should not be filled in under any circumstances). The second page should be completed, choosing between two options: either directly on the computer (given it is an editable PDF) in which the fields for entering your data need to be filled. Or you can print it out and manually fill in your details. It is important to affix your signature at the bottom regardless of the method chosen to complete the petition, even if you opt for computerized completion.

La prima è inerente alle motivazioni, attraverso le quali la cittadinanza aderisce alla petizione (Attenzione non va assolutamente compilato).
La seconda pagina, va compilata, scegliendo tra due possibilità:

Oppure lo potete stampare e compilarlo, inserendo manualmente i vostri dati.
Importante, la firma deve essere apposta in calce sempre e comunque, a prescindere dalla soluzione che scegliete per la compilazione della petizione, ovviamente, anche se scegliete la compilazione al computer.
