– With the 16th Resolution of the United Nations Security Council on January 10, 1947, the Free Territory of Trieste was established. | Attached/Allegato 2 – TdP plurilingue | – As a result of the 16th UN resolution, on February 10, 1947, 21 nations signed the Peace Treaty with Italy, determining Article 21, by which the Free Territory of Trieste was constituted in point 1 and in point 2 made Italian sovereignty over the constituent area of said Territory ceased. – A seguito della 16ma risoluzione dell’ONU, il 10 Febbraio 1947, 21 nazioni sottoscrivono il Trattato di pace con l’Italia, determinante l’art 21, con il quale si costituisce il Territorio Libero di Trieste al punto 1 e al punto 2 fa cessare la sovranità italiana sula zona costituente detto Territorio. |

– On September 15, 1947 with this proclamation General Airey, installs the Allied Military Government, administering pro-tempore the Free Territory of Trieste. This proclamation is transmitted to the United Nations Security Council. – Il 15 settembre 1947 con questo proclama il Generale Airey, insedia il Governo Militare Alleato, amministrando pro-tempore il Territorio Libero di Trieste. Questo proclama viene trasmesso al Consiglio di Sicurezza delle Nazioni Unite. |

– The then UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon, addressed to the President of the Security Council, this missive in which the issue of the Free Territory of Trieste is also addressed on pages 10 and 11. – L’allora Segretario Generale dell’ONU, Ban Ki-Moon, indirizzo al Presidente del Consiglio di Sicurezza, questa missiva nella quale a pagina 10 e 11 viene affrontata anche la questione del Free Territory of Trieste. |
